A New Direction for Alexander & Buono

Dear Friends,

After more than two decades, Barry Alexander, Cosmo Buono, and the Executive and Advisory Boards of Alexander& Buono International and the Alexander & Buono Foundation have chosen to no longer offer the Alexander & Buono Competitions, in order to shift our focus toward supporting a smaller roster of world class musicians. 

Through our new initiative, Alexander & Buono Artists, we will provide long-term support to a select number of performers, thereby helping them build successful and sustainable careers which we in turn believe will allow us to make a more significant impact, and foster deeper relationships.

We thank all of the many laureates and supporters of our work, even as we continue to value the contributions of each and every person who has helped us to carry out initiatives that have proven both rewarding and a great joy.
